10. Inserting USB memory sticks
Remove the protective cap and insert the USB memory stick into the USB port.
Press the FUNCTION/
mode you require: USB is shown on the display.
The USB CHARGE port is exclusively intended for charging external
devices via USB.
If no USB memory stick is detected, NO is shown on the display.
Please note the following information regarding the USB port:
•
External hard disks are not supported.
•
Due to the numerous different file systems and file formats, connected USB
memory sticks cannot be guaranteed to function.
•
Depending on the size of the data medium, it may take some time for the
system to be detected.
•
Supported file systems are FAT16 and FAT32. The supported file format is MP3.
10.1. Start/pause playback
Press the
/PAIR/SCAN button to start playing tracks.
To pause playback, press the
Playback is paused and the time already played for the respective track flashes on
the display.
Press the
/PAIR/SCAN button again to resume playback.
The party sound system always starts playback with the last file played.
10.2. Track selection, fast forward/rewind
Press the
/TUN.- button to play the previous track.
Press the
/TUN.+ button to skip to the next track.
Press and hold the

10.3. Track selection in blocks of 10
If a large number of MP3 files are stored on the USB memory device used, you can
skip forwards or backwards through the tracks in blocks of 10 to select a track more
quickly.
Press the 10/MEM./FOLD.
