Using the radio for the first time

1. Place your radio on a flat surface.
2. Please press the Power On/Off button to switch on your radio. It may be necessary to relocate
your radio to a position giving better reception. You should then carry out a scan to find stations in FM.

Setting the clock time

The users can not set the clock time manually, but the FM RDS performs automatically CT alignment.
1. Press the Source button to FM radio, select a FM radio station which provides RDS CT service, the
clock will be aligned in 5 minutes once the CT service is available.
. Press the Info button to check if the clock screen has a correct time alignment.
3. This aligned clock will be the new system clock for SD/USB playing mode.
4. The aligned clock will be reset to 0:00 once the power is off, then the user need to do the automatic
alignment of FM RDS CT again.
Operating your radio – Manual tuning FM
1. Press the Power On/Off button to switch on your radio.
. Press the Source button to select FM band and stand up the rubber antenna properly to get
best FM reception.
3. Rotate the Tuning/Seek knob to tune required FM station frequency. The radio will change the
frequency in steps of 100 kHz.
4. Select required loudness setting and stereo/mono mode for obtaining a best sounding quality.
5. A stereo symbol will appear on the LCD display if a stereo broadcasting station is found.
6. Rotate the Volume control knob to get required sound level. The Volume level will show on the
LCD display.
7. To turn off the radio, press the Power On/Off button.
