• Ingredients
3 ruby red grapefruits,
halved (approx. 900 g)
1 lime
105 ml vodka
75 ml cointreau or triple sec liqueur
45 ml light agave nectar
300 ml chilled soda water
Ice cubes, to serve
Grapefruit and lime slices, to garnish
• Directions
1. Using the juicer, squeeze grapefruit
and lime juice into a large jug. You
need about 500 ml of juice.
2. Add vodka, liqueur and agave nectar.
Stir until agave syrup has dissolved
and everything is well combined.

3. Place ice cubes in four highball
glasses. Pour in juice mixture. Top off
with soda water. Stir. Garnish with
grapefruit and lime slices.
• Tip
For a non-alcoholic version omit
vodka, Cointreau and agave nectar
and use 450 ml lemonade instead.
Use ginger beer instead of soda water.
