PROVA DI FUNZIONAMENTO PROVA DI FUNZIONAMENTO DOPO IL MONTAGGIO, COLLAUDO Se l’installazione dell’impianto è stata effettuata a regola d’arte con osservanza di tutte le direttive, si può concludere che la funzionalità del sistema sia garantita. La qualità ed il funzionamento dei singoli componenti sono soggetti a severi controlli e vengono provati in fabbrica prima della consegna. -

OPERATION TEST OPERATION TESTING AFTER THE ASSEMBLY. FIRST TEST If the installation of the system has been properly carried out, according to all rules and regulations, it can be assumed that the operation efficiency of the system is guaranteed. Quality and running of each component are subject to strict controls and are controlled by the factory before the delivery. -

TEST DE FONCTIONNEMENT TEST DE FONCTIONNEMENT APRÈS LE MONTAGE-ESSAI Si la mise en place de l’installation a été effectuée selon les règles de l’art conformément à toutes les directives, on peut affirmer que l’efficacité du système est garantie. Bien que la qualité et le fonctionnement de chaque composant soient minutieusement contrôlés en usine et testés avant la livraison, une fois le montage de l’installation terminé, avant le premier essai et éventuellement même avant les tests TUV, il fraudait de toute façon effectuer un test de fonctionnement du dispositif d’arrêt. -

FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG NACH DEM ZUSAMMENBAU. ERSTABNAHME Ausgehend von der fachgerechten Installation der Anlage unter Einhaltung aller Richtlinien, kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Systems gewährleistet ist. Qualität und Funktion der Einzelkomponenten unterliegen strengen Kontrollen und sind bei Werkauslieferung geprüft. -

PRUEBA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO PRUEBA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO POSTERIOR AL MONTAJE Si el montaje de la instalación se ha efectuado correctamente y compeliendo con las directivas, el sistema funcionará correctamente. La calidad y el funcionamiento de cada componente se comprueban en la fábrica, antes de la entrega. No obstante, una vez finalizado el montaje, debería realizarse una prueba de funcionamiento del dispositivo de freno antes de la primera prueba y de las pruebas TUV. -

• Nettoyer l’installation si celle-ci est très crasseuse. EXÉCUTION DES RÉPARATION Le dispositif d’arrêt à rouleaux à action instantanée SP50 et SP60, peut sans aucun doute être démonté et monté à nouveau dans un contexte d’opérations de montage ou de réparation (comme par exemple pour reconstruire le groupe de tirants d’embrayage ou similaires). -

• Bei starker Verschmutzung Anlage reinigen. AUSFÜHRUNG VON REPARATUREN Die Rollensperrfangvorrichtung SP50 und SP60 darf im Rahmen von Montage - oder Wartungsarbeiten ohne weiteres zerlegt und wieder zusammengebaut werden (z.B. wegen Umbau des Einrückgestänges o. ä.) . Voraussetzung hierfür ist jedoch, dass der Vorgang fachgerecht durchgeführt und die Funktion dadurch in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt wird. -
