Cleaning the deep-frying basin

Remove frying basket. Swivel up heating element.

Eliminate coarse residue in the deep fryer basin
with a paper towel. Fill basin with up to 4 liters
(approx. 1 gallon) of warm water with dishwashing
liquid.

Swivel down the heating element. Turn both control
knobs to the cleaning level
warms up.
