compulsory to check all screw connections and tighten them again if necessary!
Any other alterations or conversions are only allowed if they have been permitted in writing by the manufacturer!
In order to guarantee the proper function of the self-loading dollies, all sliding or moving parts, such as the chain
or the chain wheel, the release pedal bearing etc., must be cleaned and lubricated on a regular basis.
In order to avoid corrosion it is necessary that the dolly is cleaned and dried after each use in humid environment.
Wheels
The wheels must be greased according to the frequency of use, but at least once a week. New dollies are already
lubricated. When changing the wheels, they must be mounted first and subsequently be
lubricated. When changing the wheels make sure that the spacer discs are installed again in their original position
and that the screw (24) is secured with high-strength threadlock adhesive.
It is recommended to always change the polyamide discs (23) after every wheel change. Do solely use high press-
sure bearing grease for the lubrication. The wheels need to be changed according to the frequency of use and the
wear, but at least once a year.
Important:
Do only use original replacement wheels! The use of wheels of third-party vendors might result in increased wear.
The wheels must always be checked and lubricated after every longer distance drive.
Guide tubes
Loosen the screw (12) on the chain winch (10) and take it off. Pull the dolly apart, clean the pipes, the
chain winch, the spring, and all movable parts and subsequently spray everything with a high pressure
lubricant.
When putting on the chain winch (10) make sure that the chain is not twisted!
This maintenance is necessary according to the frequency of use, but at least
once a month.

Repair

Any kind of repair is only to be carried out by qualified persons and underlies the decision of the
manufacturer!
Do never try to carry out any repairs on the product yourself!
In case of any doubts about the proper condition, the dolly should be taken away from use for
inspection by an expert.
Do never use the product in case of:
- breakage, deformation, sharp notches or cracks of any kind
- wear and excessive corrosion

Periodic inspection

The dollies must be inspected before every use (regularly) for wear and to see if the screws are securely tightened.
Perform a visual inspection to make sure that there are no damages. Damaged dollies are not to
be used.
