Guarantee terms

1 - The guarantee will be valid only if the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is presented with no
deletions to NUM'AXES.
2 - This guarantee covers none of the following:
− the renewal of batteries or of the strap
− direct or indirect transport risks linked to the return of the product to NUM'AXES
− damage to the product resulting from:
− negligence or wrongdoing by the user
− failure to follow the instructions or unintended use
− repairs performed by unauthorised repairers
− loss or theft
3 - If the product is acknowledged to be defective, NUM'AXES will decide whether to repair it or
exchange it.
4 - NUM'AXES guarantees a response time of 48 hours (excluding delivery time).
5 - NUM'AXES cannot be held liable for damage that may be the result of incorrect use or product
failure.
6 - NUM'AXES reserves the right to change the characteristics of its products for the purpose of
making technical improvements or complying with new regulations.

End-of-life collection and recycling of your device

The icon on your product means that it should not be disposed of with household waste. It should
be taken to an appropriate collection point for the processing, recovery and recycling of electronic
waste or returned to your distributor.
By taking this approach, you are taking action for the environment by helping to preserve natural
resources and protecting human health.
