If the Bluetooth in the upper control strip is grey, this means you are not connected. Check that
Bluetooth is activated on your handheld and, where applicable, on your smartphone.
If the Bluetooth is blue, this means you are connected to the app. You should see your position and that
of your dog appear on the basemap.
Tip:
If you want to know your dog's GPS coordinates, simply tap rapidly on the dog's icon: its GPS
coordinates will appear just above.
To obtain an itinerary to go and look for your dog, select
map (Maps) or the Google Maps map to calculate your itinerary.
