Conditions of warranty

With the purchase of this MINOX product you have acquired a product which has been manu  -
fac t ured and checked to special quality standards. For this product the MINOX GmbH provides 
warrantyof2years.Theperiodcommencesonthedateofpurchasefromanauthorizeddealerand
thewarrantyissubjecttothefollowingconditions:
1) D uringthewarrantyperiodweshalldealwithcomplaintsbasedonfaultymanufacture(freeof
charge)byrepair,replacementofdefectivepartsorreplacementbyanidenticalflawlessproduct
at our own discretion. Consequential claims, no matter what kind of what legal argument in
connectionwiththiswarranty,cannotbeaccepted.
2) C laimsunderwarrantyarenullandvoid,ifthedefecthasbeencausedbyimproperhandling–
whichalsocanincludetheuseofnon-MINOXaccessories–iftheMINOXproductisservicedby 
unauthorizedpersonsorworkshops,oriftheserialnumberhasbeenobliterated.
3) W arrantyclaimscanonlybemadebysubmissionofthetypewrittensalesslipofanauthorized 
dealer.
