Conditions of warranty

WiththepurchaseofthisMINOXproductyou
have acquired a product which has been
manufacturedandcheckedtospecialquality
standards.ForthisproducttheMINOXGmbH
provides warranty of 2 years. The period
commencesonthedateofpurchasefroman
authorizeddealerandthewarrantyissubjectto
thefollowingconditions:
1) D uringthewarrantyperiodweshalldealwith
complaintsbasedonfaultymanufacture(free
ofcharge)byrepair,replacementofdefective
partsorreplacementbyanidenticalflawless
productatourowndiscretion.Consequential

claims,nomatterwhatkindofwhatlegal
argumentinconnectionwiththiswarranty,
cannotbeaccepted.
2) C laimsunderwarrantyarenullandvoid,if
the defect has been caused by improper
handling–whichalsocanincludetheuseof
non-MINOX accessories – if the MINOX
productisservicedbyunauthorizedpersons
orworkshops,oriftheserialnumberhasbeen
obliterated.
3) W arranty claims can only be made by
submissionofthetypewrittensalesslipofan
authorizeddealer.
