Set the appropriate temperature for the dish using the thermoregulator on the back wall of the
unit. The temperature can set within the range of 30°C to 90°C.
•
The orange heating indicator light next to the thermoregulator will turn on. Once the set
temperature had been reached, the heating will turn off, and the heating indicator light will turn
off. If the temperature in the display case falls, the heating turns on again, and the heating
indicator light will turn on.
•
Dishes should be placed in appropriate containers or directly on the grated shelves in the
heating display case.
•
Close the glass door of the unit from the service side.
WARNING! Danger of burning!
During operation some parts of the unit become very hot. Protective gloves should be used
when filling or taking out warm dishes from the display case.
•
Dishes remain warm, at a set temperature.
•
Open the glass door in the back wall of the unit to fill or remove dishes.
•
The device is equipped with a LED lighted molding. If needed, turn it on using the switch
located on the back wall of the unit.
•
If the device is not in use, remove it from the outlet (pull out the plug!)

6. Cleaning and maintenance

6.1 Safety advice

Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been disconnected
o
from power socket (pull the power plug!!!) and has cooled down.
Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o
To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and the plug in
o
water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must not use any
kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!

6.2 Cleaning

The unit should be cleaned regularly.
o
Clean the inside and outside of the display case using a soft, moist cloth and gentle detergent.
o
Clean the grated shelves a soft, moist cloth and gentle detergent.
o
Regularly clean the water tray. If sediments will gather on it, they should be removed using a
o
sediment remover available in stores.
Always only use a soft cloth. NEVER use any kind of sharp cleaners which could scratch the
o
unit.
After cleaning, a soft, dry cloth should be used to dry and polish the surface.
