Adjusting the DAB / FM Reception
The earphone wire serves as the antenna. Therefore fully extend the earphone wire and place the unit to a location to ensure a
good DAB / FM reception.
DAB OPERATION
The first time in the DAB mode, it will automatically scan for available DAB stations. Wait until the scanning has finished. The
display will show the scanning progress.
Auto Scan
Press and hold the SCAN button to start auto-scanning the available stations.
Manual Scan
By using the manual scan operation, it can help you to adjust the unit position or search station that is missed while auto
scanning.

Tuning
After scanning all the available DAB stations, press the
ENTER button to tune to this station within a few seconds.
Storing DAB Presets (You can save up to 30 DAB stations)
Press and hold the PRESET button, "Preset Store" will be displayed. Press the
number to store. Press the ENTER button to store.
Recall Stored DAB Presets
Press the PRESET button, "Preset Recall" will be displayed. Press the
recall. Press the ENTER button to recall.
Displaying DAB Station Information
There are several types of information provided by the radio station. To display the information, press the INFO / MENU
repeatedly.
DAB SlideShow
When receiving the station with slideshow (if available), the picture will be shown on the left hand side of the display. P ress the
ENTER button will enlarge the picture to fully fit the screen. Press the ENTER button again will quit and back to the normal
operation.
OTHER DAB MENU OPERATION
Dynamic Range Control (DRC, see note below) and Prune (this function removes inactive stations) can be set under the menu
button until "Manual tune" is highlighted and then press the ENTER button.
