Possible troubles and their cure
TROUBLE
The presetted room
temperature is not
obtained
The appliance is
working at
minimum power.
The fuel is
accumulating itself
into the burner
basket.
The heating plant
(thermosiphon) is
tepid
Control Pannel
doesn't turn on.
The Radiocontrol
receives interfernce
from another
radiocontrol of a
same appliance.
CAUSE
Appliances power set to low
Boiler temperature set to low
Loss of heat.
The heating plant is too big, compared
to the power of the appliance.
The room temperature has reached the
requested value.
The bopiler has reached the set
temperature.
The heatimng plant is too small,
compared to the power of the
appliance.
Fuel of low quality.
Carburation/maintenance of appliance
Ashtray cover opened or not correctly
closed.
Appliance just started.
The room temperature has reached the
requested value.
The boiler temperature has reached
the set value.
The stove doesn't receive electricity.
It is possible to set up the radiocontrol in order that it reconizes only that kind of
appliance.
Disconnet all available appliances, take out the batteries from the radiocontrols, insert
the batteries in the first radiocontrol you want to program, press and keep pressed
buttons 1 and 2 until "SELECT UNIT" appears, pressing the button 2 select a number
(among 0 and 3), read and carry out the following instructions:
Connect the appliance you want to pair with the radiocontrol, wait a second and then
press on button 3, if the operation has come to a good end, on the display appears
"UNIT x LOADED".
Repeat the same operation for all other radiocontrol/appliance you intend to program.
Keep attention that the not concerned appliances and radiocontrols for the
programmation are cleared and without batteries.
It is possible to program max. 4 radiocontrols, only.

CURE
Increase the power.
Increase the boiler temperature
Improve the plant and house insulations.
Reduce the dimension of the plant.
Set up a higher temperatur.
Set up a higher boiler temperatur.
Increase the dimension of the plant.
Improve the qualituy of the fuel.
Effect Cleaning by User and/or ordinary
maintenance. Effect a pellet correction
(menu09).
Verify if the ashtray cover is correctly
closed.
Wait until the appliance has reached the
normal working range.
Set up a higher room temperature.
Set up a higher boiler temperature.
To check the stove plug.
To check the general switch will be on 1
position.
To check and substitue the fuse on plug
cable
To check and substitue the fuse on electric
card.
