d . Slide a Pin through the washers and
holes in the Head Motor, then secure
the Pin with a Clip .
STEP 11
Foot Motor assembly is now complete .
All three yellow labels should be on the
same side.
STEP 12
Plug the Head motor (WHITE) and
Foot Motor (BLUE) cables into the
corresponding ports on the control box .
STEP 13
Insert the Power cord into the control box's
"POWER" Port .

STEP 14
To install the legs, connect all of the four 3"
leg segments together to create six 12" legs .
Screw the whole legs into the nutserts on the
frame . Do not overtighten .

Note:
a. The minimum leg height required for the adjustable base is 6" .
b. The legs untwist into separate sections for custom leg height options .
STEP 15
Uncoil the Input Cord (connected to control box's
Fig.L
power port) and plug it into Power Supply .
STEP 16
Insert the Power Cord into the Power Supply .

Using two people, carefully flip the base over onto its legs . Do not drag
frame across the floor or rest frame on its side, as excessive pressure may
damage the legs .
To sync two bases with the Sync Cord, see pages 16-17.
Using a 3" leg could cause damage to the base or floor .
