3. OPERATIONS ON THE CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT
3.1 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONTROL UNIT
The Prestige organ central control unit is located in a flush-fitting box underneath the first manual on the right.
Inside, this flush-fitting box is divided into two parts. The upper part (with an alphanumeric display of 2 x 40 characters) is
dedicated to control of the general functions of the instrument, while the lower section (with 3-digit numerical display)
controls the floppy disk drive.

During display of this message, the Prestige carries out self-testing procedures and pre-sets for operation.
If there is no disk in the floppy disk drive, three horizontal dashes appear on the 3 digit display (in the floppy disk drive
control section).
3.2 REGULATING THE VOLUMES
When the self-testing and set-up procedures are complete, the alphanumeric display shows the video page used for
regulating the volume levels. The Prestige allows both general regulation of the instrument volume (MASTER parameter)
and adjustment of the volume of each individual manual.
