2.4. Contraindications
The provision of a walking aid is unsuitable for people with:

Joint damage / joint contractures
•
Limb loss on the arms
•
Perceptual disorders
•
severe balance disorders
•
reduced and insufficient vision
•
severe limitations of cognitive abilities
•
Inability to sit
2.5. Declaration of Conformity
Bischoff & Bischoff, as manufacturer of the product, declares that the
rollator fully meets the requirements of the guideline MDR 2017/745.
2.6. Responsibility
We are only able to provide a warranty if the product is used in
accordance with the specified conditions and for the intended purposes.
If modifications, repairs or maintenance works are made, please make
sure only authorised persons perform these works in accordance to the
instructions of Bischoff & Bischoff.
2.7. Service life
If used as intended, and the safety, care and maintenance instructions
are observed, the expected service life is up to 5 years. Beyond this time
the rollator can be used continuously, provided it is in a safe condition.

3. Purpose
The rollator is designed to increase the mobility of adults who have
difficulty walking with the indications specified. The maximum user
weightfor RL-Smart and RL-Smart ST of 136 kg must not be exceeded.
4. Description of product and
contents
4.1. Inspection on delivery
All Bischoff & Bischoff rollators are subject to a proper final inspection
in our house and receive the CE mark.
The rollator is supplied in a special box. After unpacking, please save the
box if possible. You may need it later for storage or to return the product.
Assembly, adjustment to your body size and first instructions are taken
care of by your qualified mobility dealer.
If delivered by rail or a forwarding agent, the product is to be checked
with regard to transportation damage at once in the presence of the
shipper.
Check the contents for completeness and make sure nothing is
damaged. Should you find any irregularities or damage, please contact
our customer service.
