Upper figure:
The figure shows the schematic installation of the rotor head. Since the head is pre-assembled ex works, no assembly steps
are required in this section. Additionally, the rotor head includes two washers that can be used to change the rotor head
dampening. Additional installation into the rotor head (according to the drawing) makes it possible to set the dampening
stiffer.
Lower figure:
The figure shows the schematic assembly of the swash plate tappet. Since the rotor head is pre-assembled ex works, no
assembly steps are required in this section.
Only the rotor shaft has to be inserted and screwed on.

Upper figure:
The figure shows the schematic assembly of the swash plate. Since the swash plate is pre-assembled ex works, no assembly
steps are required in this section.
Lower figure:
Build the two rotor-head linkage rods according to the drawing and connect the rotor head and the swash plate tappet lever
to the swash plate.

Upper figure:
The figure shows installation of the tail rotor shaft into the tail rotor casing. To place the tooth belt around the toothed pulley
of the pre-assembled tail rotor, the tail rotor shaft must be removed.
For this, loosen the M2 x 2 grub screw at the tail rotor head (see page 12, top figure, item h) and remove the rotor head and
linkage from the shaft. After removal of the two safety screws M1.4 x 4, the tail rotor shaft can be pulled from the casing
until the pulley can be placed around the shaft.
Then push the shaft back, re-install the tail rotor and linkage and tighten the two safety screws including washers.
When turning in the M2 x 2 grub screw, ensure that the screw interlocks with the prepared groove in the tail rotor shaft.
Push the toothed belt into the tailboom with a wire or thin piece of wood and attach the tail rotor casing to the tailboom.
Lower figure:
The bottom figure shows the schematic setup of the tail rotor linkage. Put a little oil onto the tail rotor shaft so that the
sliding sleeve for the tail rotor linkage will move smoothly.
Page 12
Upper figure:
The top figure shows the schematic setup of the tail rotor and linkage. Since the tail rotor and linkage are already pre-
assembled ex works, no assembly steps are required in this section.
Important!
Tighten the screws for the tail rotor blades only enough for the rotor blades to still cleanly align at a 180° to each
other in flight.
Lower figure:
Screw the rudder to the tail rotor casing and place the holder for the elevator and the two tail servo holders onto the
tailboom according to the figure. Do not screw on the components yet!
