S pecial care should be taken when removing hot substances
S ugary spillovers (such as jellies, fudge, candy, syrups) or melted plastics can cause pitting of the surface of your
cooktop (not covered by the warranty) unless the spill is removed while still hot. S pecial care should be taken when

Be sure to use a new, sharp razor scraper.
1. T urn off all surface units. R emove hot pans.
