Likely Cause and Solution
Restart the device and open the settings menu. Select "Patient
recognition" from the list with the arrow buttons and press
"SELECT". Press the down button in the displayed sub-menu until
the "low" setting is displayed. This reduces the sensitivity of patient
recognition. Press "SELECT" to apply the new value. After pressing
the "Home" button, the device may be used as usual.
Restart the device and open the settings menu. Select "Patient
recognition" from the list with the arrow buttons and press
"SELECT". Press the up button in the displayed sub-menu until the
"high" setting is displayed. This increases the sensitivity of patient
recognition. Press "SELECT" to apply the new value. After pressing
the "Home" button, the device may be used as usual.
If the monitoring mechanism recognizes an error, the application is
interrupted immediately and a blue screen with an error message
is displayed. Recalibrate the device.
In case of visible damage at the device, immediately stop using the
physiokey. It is recommended to return the device to the manu-
facturer to have it checked.
