Key-Phoresis Mode
Key-Phoresis is a special form of application using the characteristics of direct current. This en-
ables the application of the galvanic treatment, which uses a low direct current. The physiokey
electrode is applied on the skin and the hand-held electrode (on the side) is required as counter
electrode. It is naturally touched when using the device and the contact ensures that the elec-
trode effect is applied. To close the circuit, contact with the ideally slightly moistened skin (also
the hand) is required.
Key-Phoresis is generally not felt.
Nevertheless, the desired effect is achieved.
During key-phoresis, the device can also be handled by the patients themselves.
Key-Phoresis is activated by pressing the respective button.
