Explanation of the Function of the "Home" Button
The "Home" button is the only physical pushbutton on the physiokey and offers
4 functions:
On/Off: With the "Home" button, the device is switched on. To do so, press the button-

for two seconds. By pressing the button again for two seconds, the device is switched off
again. Please wait at least 15 seconds before switching on the device again.
Back to Main Menu: the second function of the "Home" button is to return to the main

menu by briefly pressing the button while the touchscreen is active.
Reactivating of the Display: If the touchscreen controls are not active, they can be reac-

tivated by briefly pressing the "Home" button.
Reset/Recalibration, to be executed if a bluescreen is shown. See chapter troubleshooting.

Description Touchscreen Controls
The display of the physiokey features touchscreen controls. If the energy setting or the therapy
mode is to be changed, simply press the respective symbol or button on the display. In this de-
scription, the phrase "press" is often used regarding symbols/buttons. However, light touching is
often sufficient. In general, touching the button directly triggers the intended function and is con-
firmed by an acoustic signal. In a list, however, functions are selected first with the arrow symbols
and then started by another selection symbol (see description: Device Settings).
PLEASE NOTE: Handling the touchscreen is a matter of practice. After a few applications, the func-
tions of the touchscreen will be familiar.
