TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED
The TilChap is not powered and the display is not on
After turning on the TilChap, it does not start
Reduced speed or distance travelled reduced
The battery socket does not charge
The dashboard does not work
The USB plug does not work
REASON
The battery is not properly connected
1. The battery is discharged
2. The stand has not been folded up
3. The brakes have not returned to their initial state
4. The key is incorrectly inserted
5. The controller is not properly connected
6. Faulty controller

SOLUTION
1. Replace the battery plug
2. Check that the trunk is closed
1. Charge the battery
2. Check the side or centre stand
3. Check that the brake handle is released
4. Remove and replace the key
5. Reconnect the controller
