Maintenance
The maintenance description has been determined in order to optimize the lifespan of your TilChap.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning: Always use a sponge with clean water, without solvents, to clean the TilChap. Any abrasive material (sandpaper, etc.) is strictly forbidden. After cleaning, wipe
your TilChap with a clean cloth.
Storage: Place the TilChap in a dry and clean place, sheltered from the sun and rain. After a long period of immobilisation, fully recharge the battery before use.
Inspection
After the first 500 km or 30 days of use, the TilChap should be inspected and we suggest that every 5,000 km or every 6 months, a maintenance inspection should
be carried out on the following points:
• Front and rear wheel axle
• Inspect front and rear shock mounting
• Inspection of the rear engine mounting
• Brake disc attachment
• Front and rear brake caliper attachment
• Front and rear brake pad wear
• Attachment of rear-view mirrors
• Body attachments
• Seat hinge attachment
• Top case rear support attachment (if option)
