STARTING THE SCOOTER
Inspection before use
• The handlebar is free to move and controls the wheel
• Check that all the buttons on the right and left handlebar are working properly
• The throttle handle (to the right) operates normally
• Make sure that the tyres are properly inflated (see the recommended tyre pressure on the side of the tyre). Check that the tyre has no snags on the tread and sidewalls. The
maximum permissible wear is 0.8 mm
• Inspect the front and rear brakes and operate the levers to check that they are working properly
• Check that putting the TilChap on its side stand turns the TilChap off
• The central screen works
• The battery level is maximum
• The front, rear and plate lights and indicators operate normally
• The horn operates normally
• Clean the mirrors and adjust them to your position
• No errors or malfunctions should appear before starting the scooter. Otherwise, contact your dealer.
Starting the scooter
• Insert the key into the switch gear and turn the key to the "ON" position
• The front lamp comes on and the licence plate light comes on
• Place your hands on the handles and remove the side stand
• Gradually turn the throttle (to the right of the handlebars) and the TilChap will move forward.
