STEP 1
Attach the Front stabilizer (71)
(make sure the wheels face away from
the main frame) to the Main frame
(1) then secure it tightly with Allen
screws (64) and Flat washers (5).
STEP 2
Follow the same instructions as Step
1 to assemble the Rear Stabilizer (73).
