3. Carriage Assembly

Assembly the log support(s) (25, 26) on
the tracks (22a, 23a) as shown and fix
them with screws and nuts (24).
If another extension section
BBS550SMART_RB is used, only the log
support (25) at the end has to be
replaced by the log support (32) and the
extension rails have to be mounted with
the connection plate in the same way
as the base track.
3.1
Placing the machine head
on the mounting support
Lift the machine head out of
the transport packaging and
place it on a stable and clean
surface..
NOTE
2 persons are necessary due
to the weight of the
component. Any
Contamination (particles,..)
could scratch the surfaces.
3.2
Completing the vertical
guide
Insert the 2 vertical posts into
the sliding guides..
3.3
Assemble frame parts
Assemble both vertical frame
parts (right, left-side) onto
the vertical posts using
screw/washer/spring-washer.
