o
Avoid damaging wires by paying attention to their placement.
o
Place the machine on a stable surface.
o
Secure the machine with a safety rope when working on scaffolding or elevated areas.
11. Usage limitations: Do not attempt to bend steel bars beyond the machine's specified capacity, and do not use it for
purposes other than steel bar bending.
12. Handling during movement: When moving the machine, grip firmly with both hands and secure power cables.
(2) Warning
1. Oil level check: Hydraulic oil is essential for machine power. Low oil levels or body temperatures above 70℃ can reduce
performance. Allow the machine to cool before use, especially in hot weather, as overheating may affect the aluminum
pump shell.
2. Winter preheating: In cold conditions, hydraulic oil may solidify. Preheat the machine without load for 30–60 seconds
before starting operation.
3. Switch management: Turn off the switch after each use. Leaving the switch on may cause continuous piston movement.
Confirm that the piston has reached its full extension before turning off the switch.
(3) Preparation before operation
1. Workplace setup: Ensure the workspace meets all requirements outlined in this manual, including using a thick, short
extension cord if needed. Check the wire for any damage before use and repair it if necessary.
(4) Precautions before use
1. Power source: Verify that the power source matches the specifications on the label.
2. Bolt inspection: Check that the bolts securing the push block are tight. Loose bolts can lead to shaft breakage or
accidents.
3. Socket inspection: If the plug is loose in the power socket or easily removed, repair or replace the socket to prevent
overheating accidents.
(5) Usage
1. Position the steel bar at the bottom of the head frame and push block according to the required bending length.
2. Clamp the steel bar and turn on the switch.
3. Monitor the bending angle, then release the switch to stop the motor. Pull the valve handle back to return the piston.
(6) Inspection and maintenance
1. Hydraulic oil level: Lack of hydraulic oil causes power loss, so check the oil level before use and replace it based on oil
condition.
o
To refill, position the oil fill port upward, loosen the plug, and add oil gradually. Only open the oil plug when the
machine has cooled to avoid spray.
o
For a full oil change, remove the bolt plug, turn the machine upside down to drain, then refill slowly.
2. Power issues: Insufficient power can sometimes result from worn pump parts (e.g., piston, conveyance valve). Contact
the vendor for part replacement.
3. Piston cleaning: Clean around the piston after each use.
o
Unplug the power cord.
o
Wear protective gloves.
o
Use an air compressor cautiously to remove metal debris. Avoid using compressed air directly as it can be
hazardous.
4. Carbon brush inspection: Check the carbon brush if power decreases or the motor overheats. Replace the brush after
approximately 200 hours of use or if it measures less than 5-6 mm to prevent motor damage.
5. Extended maintenance: For prolonged or infrequent use, consult the vendor regarding part replacement, such as
internal springs or other wear-prone components.
