21. After use, or when changing parts or cleaning, ensure the power is off and unplug the machine.
22. Regular maintenance is essential for safe, efficient use. If repairs are needed, contact an authorized service provider and
use only specified parts.
(2) Note
1. Handle the machine carefully. Dropping or colliding it can cause deformation or cracks. Inspect thoroughly after any
impact and address any abnormalities with repairs before resuming use.
2. Avoid transporting the machine by pulling the wire or unplugging it by yanking on the wire. Damaged wires can lead to
breakage or short circuits. Replace damaged wires immediately.
3. The machine's motor cooling system is essential. Ensure the ventilation is unobstructed by dust buildup to prevent
overheating.
4. Clean the machine after each use to maintain optimal condition. Regularly wipe dust from the motor and switch, and
keep wires free from oil to avoid degradation.
5. Inspect the push block regularly to ensure it is in good condition.
6. Store the machine and accessories in a safe location:
Out of children's reach or under lock.
o
o
In stable temperature and humidity conditions.
o
Away from moisture, direct sunlight, and volatile materials.
II. Role of hydraulic fluid
Hydraulic fluid is essential to the operation of this machine. Please observe the following safety precautions and handling
instructions to prevent accidents and ensure proper usage.
(1) Warning
1. Safety precautions: Hydraulic fluid can cause inflammation if it comes into contact with the eyes or skin. Always wear
protective goggles to prevent fluid from entering your eyes and protective gloves to prevent skin contact. Do not ingest
hydraulic fluid, as it can cause symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting.
2. Emergency treatment:
o
Eye contact: Rinse the affected eye(s) with clean water for at least 5 minutes, then seek medical attention.
Skin contact: Wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.
o
o
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
3. Disposal of waste oil: Dispose of waste oil responsibly. Do not release it into seas, rivers, lakes, or drainage systems, as it
can pose a fire hazard and cause environmental pollution.
(2) Note
1. Weather conditions: As the machine contains a motor, do not operate it in rainy or snowy conditions.
2. Noise control for night operations: When operating at night, set up a sound barrier or other noise-dampening
equipment to minimize disturbance.
3. Maintenance: For optimal machine performance, tighten all bolts and screws after every 300-500 bending operations.
Pay particular attention to the bolts securing the seal between the head frame and the cylinder block.
III. Operation instructions
(1) Note
1. Power disconnection: Before checking, replacing parts, or performing repairs, unplug the power cord.
2. Voltage adherence: Operate the machine within ±5% of the specified voltage. Using incorrect voltage may lead to motor
burnout or bending failures. When using an extension cord, install a booster to maintain the correct voltage.
3. Material specifications: Avoid bending short or hard steel bars, as it may damage the push block and cause injury. For
materials with hardness similar to 40Cr, ensure a minimum bending length of 20 cm. For harder materials, take
additional safety measures.
4. Safe operating distance: Ensure a safe distance is maintained during operation to prevent injuries.
5. Keep fingers clear: Do not place fingers near the push block while the machine is in use.
6. Fire prevention: Hydraulic oil is flammable. Follow these precautions:
o
Do not remove the oil plug when the machine is running or hot.
o
Add hydraulic oil only when the machine has cooled completely.
o
Refill oil away from flammable materials and clean up any spills immediately.
o
Do not smoke during refilling or while the machine is in operation.
o
Do not start the machine during hydraulic fluid refilling.
7. Proper usage: This machine is intended for bending steel bars to reinforce concrete. Avoid using it for any other
purpose, and keep it out of children's reach.
8. Fault handling: Stop the machine immediately if any abnormalities or malfunctions are detected and arrange for
inspection and repair.
9. Protective attire: Always wear safety goggles, a helmet, safety shoes, leather gloves, and a dust mask during operation.
Wear epithelial gloves when cleaning to protect against metal fragments.
10. Precautions for high work environments:
