General information
The pressure reducer JRGURED UP is a compact
concealed valve for drinking water installations,
consisting of maintenance shut-off valve, coarse
filter, and pressure reducer.
The built-in shut-off function is used
when maintaining the pressure reducer
and the downstream pipe installation.
The coarse filter that is built into the JRGURED
UP cartridge traps particulate matter greater
than 1,000 μm. In case of significant pressure
drop when tapping water, clean or replace the
coarse filter (Art. No. 1385.320).
Recommendation
In order to protect the pressure reducer
JRGURED UP as well as the entire domestic
drinking water installation from particulate
matter and impurities from the mains, we
recommend installing a central JRG fine filter
(1830-1846) with a filter unit of 100 μm.
