. Cassette operation
Press the
/ F U N C . button once or several times until TAPE appears on the
display.
.. Inserting a cassette
Press the
Insert a cassette into the compartment grooves with the tape side facing up.
The side to be played faces forwards.
Push the compartment closed.
.. Playing, stopping and pausing a cassette
Press the button to start playing the cassette.
You can stop playback by pressing the
You can pause playback by pressing the button. Press the button again to
resume playback.
Once the end of the tape is reached, playback stops automatically.
.. Fast-forwarding and rewinding
Press the button (rewind) or button (forward) to fast forward or rewind the
tape.
Press the
this button if you have reached the end or the beginning of the tape.
Do not switch immediately from fast-forwarding or rewinding to playing. Stop
the tape first to protect the tape from wear.
. Cleaning
Always disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning it.
Only use a dry, soft cloth to clean the device. Do not use chemical solutions or
cleaning products because these may damage the device's surface and/or markings.
Do not touch or clean the lens in the laser unit.
. Storing the device when not in use
If you are not going to use the device for a long period of time, store
it in a dry, cool place and ensure that the device
is protected from dust and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Disconnect the mains plug from the socket and remove the batteries from the de-
vice.
