5.2.2. WHEEL ASSEMBLY
2. Assemble the two wheels (39) to the main body of
the machine using the wheel axle (48). Then fix them
with the flat washer (29) and the nut (37).
5.2.3. ASSEMBLING THE BLADE GUARD AND
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
3. Adjust the beam to a horizontal position and secure
it with the twist lock system.
4. Assemble hydraulic cylinder (45) and blade guard
(78) to beam using hex bolt (21), spring washer (9),
flat washer (10) and nut (11).
5.2.4. INSTALLING THE LOG PROTECTOR
5. Assemble left (2) and right (14) guide using nuts (8),
spring washer (9) and flat washer (10).
6. Attach the log guard (4) to both sides using the nuts
(5), flat washer (6) and bolt (7).
5.2.5. ASSEMBLY OF CONTROL LEVERS AND
HYDRAULIC HOSES
7. Connect the control lever assembly.
8. Connect hydraulic hose (59) to inlet control valve
and gear pump. First attach one end to the control
valve inlet gasket and the other end to the gear pump.
9. Connect hydraulic hose (58) to outlet control valve
and oil tank. First attach one end to the control valve
outlet joint and the other end to the oil tank.

10. Connect the control valve and the hydraulic
cylinder with the oil pipe (57).
