Second Step:
Pull the pad bracket to the left
after turning upward the pad
bracket according to the arrow
direction in the drawing. Shake to
and fro with hands, you can use it
after confirmation that it is locked
tightly.
First Step:
Hold the upright with right or left
hand. Press the foot lever with
foot or hand, until you hear a
sound of "ka", then left the
uprights till you hear the sound of
"ka". Lightly shake the uprights,
loosen hands after confirmation
that the uprights are locked tightly.
