MONTAGE AUTOMATIQUE dans la broche
Per disporre l'utensile sulla G90 nella posizione perfettamente orizzontale, verticale o intermedia,
agire come segue:
A - Mettere la G90 in macchina.
B - Allentare le due viti 04 presenti sulla flangia antirotazione per tutti i modelli, sei per le G90-S40/S40L
C - Ruotare il corpo 05 fino a raggiungere grossolanamente la posizione desiderata.
D - Perfezionare il posizionamento con l'aiuto di un comparatore, facendolo scorrere sulla fascia lappata presente
sul corpo testa.
E - Stringere moderatamente (evitando l'aiuto di prolunghe per la chiave a brugola) le due viti 04, bloccare a fondo le sei
viti 04 per la G90-S40 e G90S40L. Coppia di serraggio consigliata 8/10Nm.
To set the tool clamped in the head in horizontal, vertical or intermediate position use the following
procedure:
A - Mount the head on the machine.
B - Loosen the six screws 05 of the G90-S40 ATC, G90-S40L2 ATC head or the two screws 04 of the
G90-10 ATC, G90-10L ATC, G90-16 ATC, G90-16L ATC, G90-20 ATC, G90-20L ATC heads.
C - Swivel body 06 to the required position.
D - Check for precise position with a dial gauge (move the contact point on the calibrated pin).
E - Fully tighten the six screws 05 of G90-S40 ATC, G90-S40L2 ATC head or moderately tighten the two screws
04 of the other G90 ATC sizes (do not use an extension for the Allen wrench). Suggested screw torque 8/10Nm.
Pour régler la position de la broche en vertical ou horizontal, procédez comme suit :
A - Montez la tête dans la broche de la machine..
B - Desserrez les 6 vis (05) pour les têtes ATC G90-S40 ATC, G90-S40L2 ou les 2 vis (04) pour les têtes G90-10
ATC, G90-10L ATC, G90-16 ATC, G90-16L ATC, G90-20 ATC, G90-20L ATC .
C - Tournez le corps (6) à la position requise.
D - Utilisez un comparateur à touche plate comme indiqué pour ajuster la position finale
E - Bloquez les 6 vis (05) pour les têtes G90-S40 ATC, G90-S40L2 ATC et serrez modérément les 2 vis (4)
pour les autres têtes G90 ATC . ( N'utilisez pas de rallonge). Le couple suggéré est de 8 /10Nm
