4 Based on your cleaning need, fill tap water to the MAX line. Add detergent
formula Philips Stain Remover: 40 ml (2 dosage caps) for fresh stains or 60 ml
(3 dosage caps) for dried / colorful stains.
Caution: The tap water that is poured into the clean water tank must not
be warmer than 50°C.
Caution: Philips has only tested this appliance with XV1732 Philips Stain
Remover. Other detergents may lead to excessive foaming, which
reduces performance and may cause the appliance to malfunction.
5 Close the cap of the clean water tank.
6 Place the clean water tank back in the appliance. Press down firmly on the
tank to secure in position.
1 Release the hose from the hose grip bracket.
