A – Using the oven
Before cooking your food, it's recommended that you pre-heat the oven for 10–15 minutes.
1/ Turn the programme selection dial to the desired cooking mode.
2/ Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature (from 40 to 240 °C).
3/ Put the food in a dish and place it in the oven.
4/ Reset the thermostat dial and the programme selection dial to the "O" position to switch off
the oven. The oven's indicator light will go off.
CAUTION! Hot surfaces. The oven will remain hot for a certain time. DO NOT TOUCH IT
until it has completely cooled down.

Please note: When cooking with the oven tray and the grill at the same time, position the oven
tray over the lower section.
The lower and upper heating elements are used.
This mode is ideal for cakes, biscuits, flans, lasagne,
and roasting meat.
The upper element is used.
Only the lower heating element is working. This cooking
mode is particularly suited to slow cooking, reheating dishes
or cooking dishes such as pizza and quiches, which need
to be cooked on their undersides.
