• Adjust the working hours. Every press, increases or
decreases 1h.
• Press the setting button to accept
• Adjust the working minutes. Every press, increases or
decreases 1min.
• Finally press the setting button once to fix these
parameters.
• Press and hold the Start/Stop button for about 3 seconds
to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature
units.
• Press the Start/stop button to begin cooking.
• The timer will start counting down when the set
temperature has been reached.
• When cooking is complete, press the Start/stop button to
stop the cooker.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE
• Stop the appliance using the Start/Stop button.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Allow it to cool down.
• Clean the appliance.
CLEANING
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Remove the turbine protector screw with a screwdriver
• To disassemble the appliance, holding the main body and
turning the skirt counter-clockwise.
• Turn the water pump cap out of the lock position by
turning it clockwise and then pull off.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry. DO NOT IMMERSE IN
WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
• Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to
avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.
• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly.
• If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its
surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration
of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe
to use.
• The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher
(using a soft cleaning program) or soapy hot water:
- Stainless Steel Skirt
- Water Pump Cap
• Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.
Note: Make sure that only the metal parts are exposed to
the water. Do not expose the upper part of the sous vide
stick (motor housing) to water.
