If the model of your appliance does not have the
accessories described above, they can also be bought
separately from the Technical Assistance Service.
USE AND CARE
• Fully extend the appliance's supply cord before each use.
• Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not
properly fitted.
• Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it
are defective. Replace them immediately.
• Do not switch the appliance on without water.
• Do not use the appliance if the Start/ Stop button does
not work.
• Do not move the appliance while in use.
• Do not use the appliance if it is tipped up and do not turn
it over.
• Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or
connected to the mains.
• Respect the MAX and MIN levels.
• Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or
persons with physical, sensory or reduced mental or lack
of experience and knowledge.
• Do not store the appliance if it is still hot.
• Do not store or transport the appliance if it is still hot.
• Burn Hazard: the cooking container, the stainless steel
portion of circulator and food pouches all get hot when
used. Use oven mitts or tongs when handling. Allow
system to cool before emptying the water.
• Keep the appliance in good condition. Check that the
moving parts are not misaligned or jammed and make
sure there are no broken parts or anomalies that may
prevent the appliance from operating correctly.
• Only use water with the appliance.
• Do not use deionized water.
APPLICATIONS
• Cooking of products previously vacuum-packed (meat,
fish, poultry, vegetables, terrines, pates, jams, preserves,
aromatic oils...)
• Pasteurization (85ºC of elaborations cooked with
traditional techniques).
ADVANTAGES
• Low temperature cooking prevents loss of liquid and
dehydration and drying of food while respecting its natural
structure.
• Vacuum cooking enhances the aromas and flavours of
food and spices used.
• Respecting the cooking chain, the life of food is
considerably extended.
• Allows preparation of dishes in advance.
• Cooking in water ensures more accurate results tan in a
convection oven.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
• Make sure that all the product's packaging has been
removed.
• Please read carefully the "Safety advice and warnings"
booklet before first use
USE
• Extend the supply cord completely before plugging it in.
• Firmly lock the appliance by clamping it on the side of
your container.
• Fill the pot with water to some level between the MIN and
MAX marks on the side of the stainless steel skirt.
• Place the pot/container near an AC power outlet. Ensure
that it is not on a stove or other heat source.
Note: The appliance requires a container or pot of 10-15
litres filled with water at least up to the MIN level mark. It
can be used in stainless steel or polycarbonate containers.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Press the setting button
• Select the target temperature by pressing increase/
decrease buttons. Every press, increases or decreases
0,5ºC.
Note: The temperature range is: 20ºC - 90ºC and the
default temperature is 60ºC.
• Press the setting button again to adjust the working time.
