Precautions for use
1. The speed can be adjusted through the speed adjustment button.
2. Do not increase the friction between the grinding wheel and the workpiece to improve efficiency, the
rotating speed of the grinding wheel will decrease, and the working time will be prolonged.
3. Turn on the tool switch and machine the workpiece with the grinding wheel. Generally, the edge of the
grinding wheel should maintain a 15° angle with the surface of the workpiece. During the running-in
period of the new grinding wheel, do not operate the wheel in the forward direction, otherwise, it will cut
into the workpiece. After the edge of the grinding wheel is rounded after use, it can be operated in either
forward or reverse direction.
4. Do not change the angle of the grinding wheel during cutting operations. Applying lateral pressure to the
cutting wheel (during grinding operations) will cause the wheel to crack and damage, resulting in serious
personal injury. During operation, the diamond wheel should be perpendicular to the material being cut.
5. When cutting harder materials, try to use diamond cutting wheel as much as possible.
6. If the heating is severe when using the diamond cutting wheel, sparks will appear around the rotating
wheel. At this time, stop using the wheel and run it without load for 2-3 minutes to cool down.
7. Please ensure that the workpiece is well clamped and does not move.
