10 Troubleshooting
Problem
The ventilation system does not switch
on.
The display does not respond.
The heat exchanger does not longer
rotate.
The ventilation system does not work
correctly.

Possible cause
No power supply connected.
The voltage is out of range.
The display is dirty.
The display is defective.
The display is blocked.
The ventilation system is not connect-
ed correctly.
The storage mode is active.
Automatic standstill. The air quality has
been in the "good" range for more
than 30 min.
The heat exchanger is blocked.
The grilles on the outside of the venti-
lation system are covered.
The ventilation system is not connect-
ed correctly.
A part in the ventilation system is de-
fective.
The ventilation system is not connect-
ed correctly.
A part in the ventilation system is de-
fective.
The battery to which the ventilation
system is connected is empty.
The seal is damaged.
Suggested remedy
Check the power supply.
If necessary, charge the vehicle bat-
tery.
Contact an authorized service
agent.
Clean the display with a slightly
damp cloth.
