GRILL COOKING
This function is used to grill or brown
foods.
Place the shelf with the food to be
cooked in the 1st or 2nd position from
the top.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes. Set
the temperature regulator to a
temperature between 50 °C and 250
°C.
ROTISSERIE (if available)
Some ovens are completely equipped
with stick engine and rotary spit for
spit roast. The rotisserie* allows to
roast food in the oven. It serves pri-
marily for the roasting of shashliks,
fowl, small sausages and similar
dishes.
The
rotisserie
switches on and off simultaneously
with the Grill functions.
ECO
ECO
By the economy mode, the blower fan
and the heating elements works with
pauses, but at the same time the ther-
mostat controls the correct cooking
process.
