4. Operation
The smoking process occurs inside the wooden chamber, accessible via a door with a latch and a roof with a chimney
and damper. The installed heating element with convection distributes heat evenly, speeding up and improving the
smoking process. The innovative smoke generator enhances the smoking experience with wooden chips. The smoker's
operation is monitored by a microprocessor controller with a thermostat, which disconnects power if the temperature
exceeds 110°C.
The wooden chamber can be used for some meat processing methods, such as curing and drying, without electricity.
5. Initial Use
Before starting the smoking process of any food products, the smokehouse should be "burned out". This
process should take about 30 minutes and is carried out to burn off any production residue.
The following procedure should be followed to burn out the wooden garden electric smokehouse:
1. Empty the wooden smokehouse chamber of the transport protection.
2. DO NOT perform the burning process indoors, this process MUST be performed outdoors.
3. During the burning process, use only the temperature and fan.
4. Close the smokehouse door.
5. Plug the power cord into the socket in the fan motor box and then into an electrical outlet with a power source
and grounding.
