Electrical Safety
The device operates at a life-threatening voltage of 230 V AC. Any repairs must be performed by specialized service
centers only.
Self-repairs of electrical components are strictly prohibited.
All maintenance must be performed with the device unplugged from the power source.
The power plug must fit the outlet. Under no circumstances should the plug be modified. When using a
device with protective grounding, no adapters should be used. The original plug and compatible outlets
reduce the risk of electric shock.
It is recommended to use an outlet with a residual current circuit breaker.
The device must not be exposed to rain. Water infiltration into the housing increases the risk of electric
shock.
Do not use the power cord for other purposes. Do not use the power cord to move the device; do not pull
the plug from the outlet by pulling the cord. Keep the power cord away from high temperatures and sharp
edges. Damaged or tangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not connect the electric smoker until it is fully assembled and ready for use.
Always use a grounded electrical outlet.
Never use the device if it is malfunctioning or damaged.
Always have a powder fire extinguisher on hand when operating the electric smoker.
Never let the power cord dangle loosely or touch hot surfaces.
Never use an electrical device with a damaged plug or power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer.
Assembly should be performed with the help of a second person, particularly when installing the controller module, due
to the large size and weight of the smoker. The smoker must be transported by at least two people.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Before starting to smoke, make sure the chimney is fully open. The smoke flow through the chimney is regulated
by a damper.
Before starting to smoke, make sure the components of the smoke generator are clean and unobstructed.
Do not overload the smoker with too many products at once. Excessive quantities can trap heat, lengthen the
time required, and lead to uneven smoking. Leave space between products to ensure proper heat circulation.
Smoking time depends on external weather conditions.
Store the smoker in a dry place after use.
3. Assembly and Preparing the Device for Use
The setup area should be outside, under a shelter, and have access to power with grounding.
The smoker should be set on a stable surface. Due to the electrical installation and heated components, select a flat,
non-flammable surface to prevent the risk of the device tipping over and causing a fire.
