Then press the "SCAN" button again, you will
get the measuring result in 1 second. But if
there is no more operation, it will turn off in 30
seconds automatically.
2. In the switch on state, Setting the mode
a. Press "MODE" button, and the screen will
display: Body...°C
b. Press again "MODE" button and the screen
will display: Surface Temp...°C
c. Press again "MODE" button and the screen
will display: Room...°C
NOTE : THE SURFACE TEMPERATURE AND
ROOM TEMPERATURE ARE NOT MEDICAL
USE.
The surface temperature differs from the body
temperature. To obtain the body temperature,
you should use the "body temperature mode".
Use the Surface Temperature Mode to measure
the temperature of a baby-bottle/bath water and
the Room Temperature Mode to measure the
room temperature.

or close the buzzer. When the screen shows
"ON", the buzzer opened. When shows
"OFF", buzzer closed.
4. Recalibration of device via the F4 MENU
The TEMPO EASY Non-contact infrared ther-
mometer factory-set. Depending on various
skin types and thickness, there may be tem-
perature differences.
The F4 function will recalibrate and if you see
a difference in the reading ,you must recali-
brate the unit.
Instructions for recalibration :
In the switch on state, Press the "MODE" and
"°C/ °F" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
The screen will then display : "F4"
Press "MODE" to increases 0.1°C, press °C/ °F
to reduce 0.1°C.
Press "MEM" button to save the setting.
In the cases of seasonal or environmental
changes a verification and adjustment should be
carried out.
5. CHANGING THE BATTERIES
Display: when the LCD screen displays
"Battery", the battery is used.
