Indicate the quantity measured on the x-axis (Volume, concentration...etc) and its unit,
generally the concentration of the solutions analyzed.
For each sample, indicate the value measured on the x-axis, then click on Validation.
After each sample has been acquired, a point is added to the graph showing the
absorbance of the solution as a function of its concentration.
This curve directly illustrates Beer-Lambert's law A = f(C). The calibration line can be drawn
automatically by clicking on Draw calibration line.
This line is calculated by linear regression on all acquired points.
Place the solution of unknown concentration in the cuvette holder. The software measures
the absorbance and deduces the concentration. Its values are displayed in the Unknown
solution box.
