1. Presentation
This USB/Bluetooth spectrophotometer has been developed for measurements :
In physics :
- Produce and analyze emission spectra from internal or external light sources (using the
fiber optic accessory).
- Discover the notions of absorbance/transmittance and complementary colors, thanks to
a slot for colored filters.
In chemistry :
- Measuring absorbance and transmittance of solutions
- Measurements as a function of concentration or time
- Measurement and analysis of emission spectra of luminescent solutions not subjected to
an excitation wavelength (chemiluminescence), thanks to the possibility of extinguishing
the integrated light source.
In SVT :
- Measurement and analysis of emission spectra of fluorescent compounds subjected to
an excitation wavelength (chlorophyll).
