Note: the procedure for freezing, storing and displaying curves is the same as for the
Emission section.
The software can then be used to check Beer's law directly, without the need for an external
spreadsheet.
This part follows on from the previous paragraph, in which calibration was carried out.
①Select the working wavelength using the slider, or by entering it manually in the box
provided.
Now choose the type of experiment to be performed:
