WARNINGS • PRECAUTIONS OF USE
The orthosis must not be used in direct
contact with a damaged skin
This product contains Naturel Rubber
Latex which may cause allergic
reactions.
The orthosis is a single patient use
device. Do not use for multiple
patients.
The belt must never compress the
abdomen.
Do not wear for extended periods
without medical follow-up
If any problems occur with the use of
the orthosis, e.g. pain or appearance
of local signs, remove the orthosis and
contact your healthcare professional
The user and/or patient must
report any serious incident that has
occurred in relation to the device to
the manufacturer and the competent
authority of the Member State in which
the user and/or patient is established.
FEATURES OF THE DEVICE
Lombogib Maternity is an extensible
brace featuring V-shaped posterior
stays.
The brace consists of two independent
parts, connected by a hook and loop
system.
A soft back pad can be added/removed.
The height of the belt is 26 cm.
MEASUREMENT AND SIZE CHART
The device has a unique size. For a waist circumference, measured 2 cm above
the iliac crests (in cm) of 80-135 cm.

SET UP AND OPERATION
The first application should be
carried out by a qualified healthcare
professional to understand the correct
fitting and how to put the device on
properly. Subsequently, the product
should be put on the patient in the
same way by the user or a family
member or a friend.
During testing the fitter must shape the
V-shaped stays of the brace to adjust
it to your form.
1) Measure the waist measurement at
the level of the navel in order to choose
the appropriate abdominal support:
• <100 cm: small abdominal support;
•> 100 cm: large abdominal support.
2) Hook one end of the abdominal
support to the posterior part, taking
care that the whole hook-and-loop
system is covered.
3) Position the posterior part of the
belt to have the stays on either side
of the spine.
4) Position the abdominal support
under the abdomen, so that the
morpho-adaptable V-shaped part is
centered under the navel.
5) Close the belt by hooking the second
end of the abdominal support to the
posterior part.
6) Adjust the abdominal support
symmetrically, to obtain a compression-
free tightening.
7) Adjust the posture-correcting straps
to obtain optimized support without
compressing.

CARE INSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND
DISPOSAL
Hand wash in warm soapy water
(maximum 40 ° C), rinse thoroughly.
Wring out gently; do not bleach; dry
flat, do not tumble dry; do not iron; do
not dry clean.
Store the brace away from sources of
extreme heat (including radiators and
tumble dryers).
The device and packaging must
be disposed of in accordance
with respective local or national
environmental regulations.
