FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
In the event of a temporary power outage, the bread maker will resume its initiated function if the power is
returned within 10 minutes. If the power interruption lasts longer than 10 minutes, the unit will not resume the
function and the LCD display will revert back to standby mode.
If the dough has already begun rising during a power outage, discard the ingredients and start the process over.
If the dough has not begun rising, press the START/STOP button to begin the selected function once more.
WARNING DISPLAY
This warning indicates that the bread pan has overheated. Press the
START/STOP button to cancel the function then unplug the power cord.
Open the lid and allow the bread maker to cool down completely for at least
20 minutes before resuming any function.
This warning indicates that the temperature sensor has been disconnected.
Press the START/STOP button to cancel the function then unplug the power

adjustment.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your bread maker, we recommend following these steps.
1. Clean the bread pan, kneading paddle, and all other accessories with warm, soapy water then dry thoroughly.
2. Initiate the bake function with no ingredients inside the baking pan for 10 minutes.
3. Smoke and/or odors may emit from the unit while baking--this is normal.
4. After 10 minutes has elapsed, manually stop the function and allow the bread maker to cool.
5. Wash the baking pan once more with warm, soapy water then dry thoroughly before replacing into the baking
cavity for next use.
