Rinse and get your
machine ready to
operate. This is only
required the first
time out of the box.
Plug the power

cord into the
outlet, then turn the
On/OFF switch on.
Make sure that the
Portafilter and the full
water tank are correctly
inserted.
Place a water

container under
both the steam wand
and coffee spouts.
Open steam dial.

Hot water will be
delivered.
Wait until water flow

stops automatically
and close the steam dial.
Fill water tank with
5
fresh water. Press
the Espresso button.
Water will be delivered
through the portafilter.
Repeat this point 5 times
to ensure that enough
water has rinsed the
system.
