Important information regarding Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC)
LUXAMED® products with charging module need special precautions
regarding EMC and put into service according to the EMC information provided
in the user manual and other documents.
Special precautions need to be observed:
The LUXAMED® product is only to be used with a medical approved char-
ger, plug and USB cable;
The use of accessories and cable other than those specifi ed, with the
exception of accessories and cables sold by LUXAMED® as replacement
parts for internal components, may result in increased EMISSIONS or decreased
IMMUNITY or decreased LIFESPAN of the charging module.
Wrong accessories and problems due to EMC can cause an interruption of
the essential performance of supplying light for intubation.
LUXAMED® products with charging module should not be used adjacent
to or stacked with other equipment. In case adjacent or stacked use is
necessary, the LUXAMED® products be observed to verify normal operation in
the confi guration in which it will be used.
